How the Trust Fund Works

The buyer is responsible for putting the total Purchase Price, Legal Fees, Commissions, required for the purchase into a TRUST FUND. The Trust Fund will be initiated by Gilchrist And Company — a Penticton based law group. The Trust Fund will be set up in the buyer/purchaser’s name only.

Once the monies are in the TRUST FUND — the buyer shall view the vehicle via a prearranged appointment. After viewing the vehicle/s the buyer will then have the choice to purchase the vehicle or NOT.  Once the buyer commits to the purchase, the Purchase Price will be forwarded to the Seller, all other monies will go to the other representing parties — namely the lawyer and classicandmusclecars.ca. If the buyer decides not to purchase all funds less lawyer’s fees will be returned.

This is the Policy of classicandmusclecars.ca and there will be no exceptions or deviations from this Policy.
